With 13+ years experience in Marketing & CRM, within predominantly growing e-commerce brands has lead us to understand what good looks like for a scalable business. Founder, Sarah spent 6 years building the CRM department and capability from the ground up and helped the brand become a $1.45bn unicorn company and scaled from £20m to £500m.
Since launching Level Fifty-Three, we've built end-to-end technical foundations in digital products, conducted an in-depth customer analysis in £500m business, and drive customer growth in retail e-commerce brands.
